1Schedule a 10-Minute Intake Interview or Product Inquiry

If you are coordinating a parent’s care, or you run or work in a community, agency, or facility that delivers it, we would like ten minutes of your time. Interviews are confidential, and nothing you say is shared with anyone else in your family.

3The App

Synapse is one centralized record of an aging parent’s care, owned by them and their family and maintained by AI agents so nobody has to update it. It connects to relevant information streams that already exist. Synapse puts this information in one place and augments care coordination via personalized information updates, data visualization, and source-cited entries.

4Why Are We Working on This?

After talking to a variety of family caregivers, we found that nobody holds the entire picture of an aging parent’s care. As parents move between home, hospital, rehab, and assisted living, each keeps its own fragment of their records. Only their families are present in all of them and know their personal contexts [1].

5What Happens with My Data?

We believe your data is your own. We do not train on your data and hold ourselves to a high standard [2]. Contact us for more details.

Acknowledgements

This work would not exist without the people who described care in detail, as family members or as the people who deliver it, several of whom are living inside the problem as they described it. The claims stated above are those of Teleos Labs.
